Pushed by the idea of a fully improvisational approach to beat-driven music and fueled by the danger and necessity of being present in the moment, JJ started Digital Disaster. A modular synthesizers based, hyper-rhythmic, acid/industrial/techno sound with a focus on engagement with the psychic forces that dominate the ether in a live setting.
Placing himself in a lineage that can be rooted to ancient shamanistic ritual practices this entity only exists in the moment therefore no studio release is planned.
With regular performances on the Edinburgh and Glasgow scene the buzz around his incendiary, mind-altering sets is growing fast.
